Schools

Ladera Ranch is a proud part of the Capistrano Unified School District, reknown for leading the way in technological advancement and academic excellence. Ladera Ranch's commitment to education began with the completion and opening of its first school site in September 2001 and currently has plans in action for three more new schools in coming years.

In addition to the new Chaparral Elementary, Ladera Ranch looks forward to adding an additional kindergarten through fifth grade elementary as well as a dual campus that will include one kindergarten through fifth grade school and one sixth through eighth grade school. Located close to residential areas, parks, playgrounds, and nature preserves, each school will offer students every advantage they need for educational, developmental and personal achievement.

Village Clubs

Remember the days-of-old community center in your hometown? Dripping dry on the sunwarmed sidewalk after a plunge in the city pool? Lining up at the concession stand, deciding between a 50/50 Bar or Eskimo Pie?

Imagine that community center, then refine it. Add some polish -- Ladera Ranch style. Multiply it by five. Put one within walking distance of your neighborhood and others.

The Villlage Clubs at Ladera Ranch are inspired by community centers of our youth, with heavy emphasis on the word "inspiration" and plenty of ground for imaginative discovery and memory making. Ladera Ranch Village Clubs are one of the priceless benefits of life in a master planned community. Set at the center of every Ladera Ranch village, ranging between three to five acres each, the Village Club becomes the nucleus of recreation and socializing.

Neighbors meet, kids play, and moments are treasured.

We're never too young -or too old- to enjoy the camaraderie and teamwork that comes from a game played with heart. If you remember a hard-won game of ball in a weedy, vacant lot, let big league dreams come into focus. Step up to these plates.
